Rolfing® strives to improve your balance, posture, and movement by unwinding layers of tissue strain, which may have built up over many years due to injury, habitual movement patterns or emotional holding in the body. SE® works to heal trauma from the inside out by releasing long-held blocks in the autonomic nervous system that may be hijacking your joy, creativity, and true vitality. A nervous system which is highly activated has a habitual tendency to adopt postures of bracing, self-defense and/or collapse. SE® can be offered alone or in combination with Rolfing® to provide insightful, effective and lasting change.
